This website, found under the www.countrycushions.com URL, is owned and operated by Country Cushions by Denise and references to “we”, “us” and “our” shall be deemed to be references to Country Cushions by Denise. References to “you”, and “your” shall be deemed to be references to person placing an order via this website.

COPYRIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

This website and its contents are owned by Country Cushions by Denise. Any use of the website or its contents including copying and storing images without prior permission for commercial purposes is prohibited. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact us prior to placing an order using the contact details given above. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Country Cushions by Denise to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT

Payments for orders through the website can be made using Paypal or by sending a cheque to the address above. Payment will be debited from your account immediately on placing the order.

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation from Paypal that your payment has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. If you have paid by cheque, goods will be despatched once funds have been received and debited from your account. A contract between you and Country Cushions for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted by email, processed and despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£).

SEASONAL OFFERS

From time to time we may advertise special promotional offers and discounts. These will only be valid while advertised on our website and we retain the right to change or end these offers without further notice. Offers are applicable on selected items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.

DELIVERY

Stock permitting, we aim to despatch your order the next working day following acceptance of your order. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will inform you by email when your order can be completed. Alternatively you may wish to choose a different item or request a refund.

Standard Delivery within the UK is included in the price of your chosen products.

Overseas and Non UK Mainland – Postage is variable depending upon delivery location and weight of items ordered. Please contact our office for a quotation. Cushion pad inserts are not generally supplied with overseas orders to reduce bulk and weight, however, should you wish to purchase the complete article including pad insert, we will be glad to quote you a price for this. All postage is at cost.

LOST ITEMS

Undelivered items are not classified as ‘lost’ by Royal Mail until after 10 working days for Special Delivery™ Next Day, or 15 working days for other services, have elapsed from the due date of delivery.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt under the EU Distance Selling Directive. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete and in the same condition as they were despatched.

MAKING RETURNS

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

When returning any products to us, please ensure that you enclose full details of your name and address, reason for return and the Sales Order number which can be found on your delivery note (supplied with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel and send it to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit so relevant insurance should be taken out to cover their value.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

Due to the individually handmade nature of our products, each item is unique in finish. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure continuity of colour, items not bought in the same order may come from a different material batch number and therefore may not match exactly. Care should be taken at the point of order.

Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

LAW AND TERRITORY

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
